Experience
Operations, Rox Hospitality
A hospitality wholesaler on the New South Wales south coast: five to ten people, 50 to 100 orders a week, more than 3,000 SKUs, delivering from Helensburgh to Mollymook.
I started as a delivery driver and pick-packer and finished running the operation: managing the drivers, organising transit runs, pre-establishing orders, and doing the systems work alongside it.
Cin7 implementation
Rox Hospitality had no inventory system. I did the preparation single-handed, product data through to pricing, and the business got live stock tracking and inventory valuation for the first time.
Second warehouse
A converted mechanic's garage on the same site, shared with Alasco Engineering. I wrote the plan for the stock split, helped with the fit-out and the clear-out, and set up a picking system that held up across two disconnected spaces.
During the move I cleared the dead stock and merged the old product codes onto the ones that had been missed.
Procedures
Dozens of them: the trip sheet, order prep, warehouse management. They cover how the place runs day to day, and they are still in use.
Order-intake tool
Built for Rox Hospitality, independently. It reads incoming order emails, matches every line against the catalogue, and holds a review queue so nothing exports until a person confirms it. Personal IP.
